Boxwala Properties acts solely as a real estate broker / channel partner between buyers and sellers / developers.
The buyer confirms that they have independently verified all project details, legal documents, pricing, specifications, approvals, and financial aspects before proceeding with the transaction.
The buyer agrees to pay a brokerage fee of 2% of the final transaction value to Boxwala Properties upon successful booking / agreement of the property.
All applicable government charges including stamp duty, registration charges, GST, maintenance, corpus fund, legal fees, taxes, and any additional charges shall be borne as per the selected pricing option above.
Boxwala Properties shall not be held liable for future disputes, possession delays, construction quality issues, legal complications, or commitments made directly by the builder / seller.
By proceeding with the transaction through Boxwala Properties, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
